| Arndean B&B: Activities:- There are a whole host of things to do for the
fit and the not-so-fit:-
- WALKING
There is a range of countryside; rivers, forestry,
lochs, the gentle Sidlaw Hills or the more
mountainous area of the Grampians and Angus Glens
with a chance to "bag" Munros.
We hold a collection of local ordnance survey
maps and can advise you on suitable walking
routes or act as guides for you.
Transport can also be arranged to and from the
walking area.
SIDLAW HILLS:- We have devloped a walk the whole length of the Sidlaws finishing at Perth. It is fairly easy walking and takes three days. We can guide you along and arrange for transport back to Arndean each night. A coast-to-coast walking route across Scotland
passes by the bottom of the Sidlaw Hills
A new long distance pathway is now open
called the Cateran Trail
for which we can arrange transport for any guests
staying at Arndean.
Tailor-made holidays can be arranged for you to
suit the level of walking required - please
enquire for more details.
